General Info

We’re excited to host the OCE Robot Rumble at Overall Creek, an Elementary School VEX IQ tournament designed to give teams an opportunity to test their builds, collaboration, and gain inspiration in a supportive and fun environment.

Key Details:

  • Practice Fields, Skills, and Inspection will be available Saturday morning.
  • RECF Participant Waiver: All students and adults must complete the RECF release form prior to the event. Instructions and the form are available here: 
  • A detailed campus map can be found in the Documents or Image Gallery section of the event page.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment is due within three weeks of registration or immediately if registering after January 5, 2026, unless prior arrangements are made with the Event Partner.
  • Teams not paid within three weeks will be moved to the waitlist and may be re-added only if space is available.
  • If your payment process takes longer than three weeks, please communicate clearly with the EP to avoid being waitlisted.

If you would be willing to loan us a table for the event, please reach out so we can plan accordingly. We will need to borrow 3 - 5 tables for this event. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event must be cancelled due to bad weather or another emergency, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event. If bad weather requires the event to be delayed, but held on the same day, each coach will be notified via email and phone.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the EP cancels the event, a refund will be issued, minus $5 RECF fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No Refunds will be given.
