General Info
Welcome to the AISD Winter 2026 ES/MS VEX IQ League!
This is an invitational league for Alvin ISD teams only.
All sessions will run from 5:00-7:00 pm on the assigned dates. Teams will need to attend two (2) ranking matches + finals if they place. The number of finals matches will be determined based on the total number of teams that enter. Coaches will receive email communication regarding scheduling. Please respond as soon as possible.
Sessions will be hosted in the library at ICJH. Please enter through the main entrance at the BACK of the school (under the main portico). The library will be on the right as you walk down the main hall.
Concessions will be provided by PTO at some sessions due to the sessions running concurrently with athletic events. We will make every effort to notify coaches in advance if they will not be available. Food and drinks are not allowed in the library, but we will have tables at the perimeter for drinks and snacks.

Ranking matches: Teamwork matches and Robot Skills matches will run concurrently as needed throughout the ranking sessions. All Robot Skills matches must be completed by the end of the third ranking session.
Finals: Finals matches will begin as close as possible to the starting time and run until conclusion of the scheduled matches.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If activities are cancelled by Alvin ISD as a result of Emergency/Bad Weather, every attempt will be made to reschedule/make up the meet as soon as possible. Should the entire league cancel, refunds will be issued upon written (email) request only.
Refund and Payment Policies
The cost of the event is $5.00 per team to cover the RECF admin fee. Fees can be paid with a PO or credit card on robotevents.com, or teams can provide cash payment at the event.
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued upon written (email) request only.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be issued due to administrative fees.
