Hello and welcome to St. George Ontario School's First Annual Last Chance VEX IQRC Tournament! We are excited to see teams from all over Southern California. THIS EVENT IS ONLY FOR TEAMS WHO HAVE NOT QUALIFIED FOR THE REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP; IF YOU REGISTER AND ARE ALREADY QUALIFED YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT AND MAY RECEVIED A REFUND.

Volunteer
We are always in need of volunteers for various roles listed below. If you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to the Event Partner!
Queing - ensure teams are at the queing tables before their matches start
Skills Referee - help teams get onto/ leave the skills field. Score skills matches at the end.
Score Keeper Referee - help score the main field matches.
Field Rest - help reset the game elements at the end of each match
Clean Up - take down all game and field elements from the tournament
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date on RobotEvents.com and includes both school and non-school email addresses and phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
All requests for refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within one month following the event.
Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to tournament or teams may be dropped by the event partner.
