Volunteers will support the event by assisting with robot inspection, field management, judging coordination, and general event organization.
All volunteers will be briefed on their roles on the event day.

The event will use live, in-person judging based on the official VEX IQ judging rubrics.
Teams may be interviewed by judges, and awards will be determined according to VEX Robotics Competition guidelines.
