This event is an unofficial scrimmage hosted in partnership with the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (REC Foundation) for teams competing in the VEX Robotics program using the VEX IQ system.

- Approximately 4 Qualification Matches per Team

This is a one-day tournament designed to conclude by approximately 1:30 PM.

Volunteer Meeting: 7:30 AM (Required)
Doors Open to Teams: 7:30 AM
Qualification Matches Begin: 9:00 AM
Estimated End Time: 2:15–2:30 PM
Please arrive on time to allow for orientation and role assignment.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather the event partner will reach out and 24 hours prior to the event. This event may be rescheduled

If the Event Partner cancels the event: The event will potentially rescheeduled at a later date.
Judging Format
This event will include voluntary In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
