General Info
Middle School VEX IQ Tournament - Woodcroft College
This is an 18 Team Tournament with only Middle School teams competing.
- Skills will be offered at this event - Skills will run from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM (unless finished earlier). There will be two skills fields operating at the same time. Teams can select either field to run their Driver Skills and/or Autonomous Challenge.
- There will be NO Judging at this event.
The emphasis of the event is: Learn the rules of this seasons game: Level Up challenge in a competitive environment.
So get your teams along to the event and lets get into it for the 2026-27 season!

Volunteer
Volunteers will be provided by the College in order to run the event. These volunteers will include the jobs of:
- Field Resetting
- Scoring
- Queuing
- Robot Inspection
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Those registered will be notified in advance if bad weather prevents the event proceeding.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All registered teams will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If Teams withdraw after the cut of date registration fees will not be refunded.
