General Info

Thank you for registering for the North East VRC for "Over Under". I'm really excited for this new season! 

Please make sure if you are competing for Design Award you ensure you have an Engineering Notebook, with 3D CAD to show the team's engineering design process if possible. We will be running Robot Skills too on it's dedicated field, for a proportion of the day.

Please complete the Online Consent Forms, contact me for help if needed?

I'm looking forward to meeting you and your team on Saturday 27th January 2024; there is ample parking right next to the venue as it's a Saturday.

Please bring packed lunches  and refreshments. However, there may be Whickham "World Challenge" pupils refreshments and treats for a donation. There is local amenities too, within a short didtance to the school.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
