General Info
Pasco-Hernando State College is excited to host the PHSC Bobcat Robotics Rumble Rama VRC Over Under Tournament! Parking is behind the gym in Lot 6 (see map).
Registration will start at 8:15 a.m. (Doors open for fans at 8:30 am). Teams running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.
Engineering Notebooks: Please submit a digital notebook for this tournament. Notebooks are due online Jan 22nd at 11:59 pm.
Participation Legal Release: A completed legal release form for all participants must be turned in during check-in or uploaded to robotevents.com prior to arrival. Get it here: Form with instructions how-to-upload.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of severe weather (a hurricane, for instance) this event will be CANCELLED and your registrations refunded (less a $5 processing fee).

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation or COVID-19 related issue or quarantine (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robots/teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for a 'no show.'

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is January 22nd, by 11:59 pm.
