General Info

We are excited to see you all again at the Norwell Event.  There is an easy print out attached with a timeline, entrance information, parking information, snack and lunch options, as well as bus parking information.  There will be no judged awards, we will work on that for next year.  There will be a hospitality room for coaches, officials, and those working the event.  There will be pit stations for each team as well as an outlet per participating school for charging batteries.  Feel Free to reach out to me should you have any questions.  [email protected].  Can't wait to see everyone.  Thanks

7:45-9:00am - Inspection / All fields open for teams to practice if they have passed inspection.

9:00-9:15am - Coaches Meeting/Drivers Meeting

9:30am - Skills Fields open / Qualification matches begin

12:00pm-12:30pm – All Fields Closed / Lunch Break

12:30-3:00pm-Resume Qualifying Matches

3:00 - Skills Closed

3:00-3:20pm - Alliance Selection Process

3:20-4:00 Elimination Rounds and Finals 

4:00-4:30pm - Awards and Closing Ceremonies

4:30pm - Pack up and depart. Have a safe trip home!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will send an announcement if we have inclement weather.  We willl try to reschedule if at all possible.  There will be a refund for inclement weather cancellation.  Please send me an email that states you are wishing to have a refund and not attend the rescheduled event and allow for 2-4 weeks for the return of funds. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: There will be a refund for cancellation.  Please send me an email that states you are wishing to have a refund and not attend rescheduled event, allow for 2-4 weeks for the return of funds.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will only be consideration of a refund if Norwell cancels the event or if your team has a personal emergency.
