Parking on the day will be availabe for minibusses, but not coaches. Please instruct any coach drivers to park elsewhere.

Not Applicable; no event fee is being charged so there are no refunds.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges if submitting a physical notebook. We will also accept digital notebooks; if your teams have created a digital notebook, please ensure that it is loaded up on their Robot Events profile beforehand, and that all links are working and "live" at the time the event commences, or alternatively bring along a QR Code with the notebook linked. Please DO NOT print a digital notebook.
