7:30 a.m. - Doors Open - Engineering Notebooks will be collected at registration.

8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - Robot Inspection and Judging commence.  A judging schedule will be provided with the registration package.  Inspections may commence sooner for teams that arrive early.

9:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. - Opening Ceremonies and Drivers Meeting.  Note:  Driver's meeting may commence at 9:15 am to ensure that matches start on time.  Please be prepared. 

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Qualification Matches Begin 

12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. - Sponsored pizza lunch provided by Cambrian College Centre for Smart Mining (lunch provided to participants and coaches only).  For non-participants and guests, a Tim Horton's kiosk will be available from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm for the purchase of pizza and refreshments.

1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Qualifying Match Continues 

3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. - Alliance Selection 

4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Elimination Matches and Judge's Awards 

5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Final Match 

5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Final Awards and Closing Remarks

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event is cancelled due to weather you will be contacted via email.  Please make sure your contact information is up to date in Robot Events.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds may be issued up to January 5th, 2024 5:00 PM, if a participant needs to cancel for extenuating circumstances.  A full refund will be issued if the Event Partner cancels the event and cannot offer a new competition date.

Cheques can be made payable to "Cambrian College".

Health and Safety Policies

All teams must follow local health and safety policies.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
