General Info

Welcome to Alvi's vrc event 

the door that teams should enter though is door 1 make your way to the cafeteria to be checking in

If 10 Middle school teams are registered we will have a middle school excellence

This is a blended event which means hs teams will either have the chance to alliance with middle school teams or play against.

For concessions there will be a asortment of chips, drinks and donuts, for lunch teams may pre order, information on that will be sent to teams 

any team that send three or more teammates to helps with set up will be able to get fast passes for skills lines

7:30am-8 volunteer meeting 

8 am-10 am check-in/inspections/ skills runs

9 am-check-in closes 

9:40 am all eary skills close teams should go to the main skills Field 

9:45 am- drivers meeting and event meeting

9:45 am- drivers meeting and event meeting

10:30 am- match schedule is passed out

10 am-12:30 pm qualification matches

12:30 pm-1:30 pm lunch teams may run skills during lunch again 

1:30 pm-4 pm resume matches 

3 pm skills close 

4 pm-5 alliance selection 

5 pm- 7 pm elimination matches/ awards in between

Teams will be notified 24 hours before if anything changes

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: No refund

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
