General Info
This will be low stakes scrimmage, but we will run it as close as possible to a real tourney, but without the Alliance selection at the end.
Most teams in the past have opted to eat at our canteen on campus. If so, you can let us know the number of students and ISB can bill you per person.

If there is horrendous snow or apocolypse, we will cancel.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We could refund any lunch fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We can still do a full refund for lunch fees if you let us know with one month warning.

Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
