Agenda

Standard agenda.  Check in 7:30am

Inspections and Skills start at 8am.

Drivers meeting 8:30am (Skills will be paused)

9am Competiton begins

Lunch at Noon (Food available for purchase on site with cash)(Lunch will be shortened if we run late with morning rounds.)

1pm Continue Qualifying rounds with a 15 min break before matches begin.

Awards by 5pm or before.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of incliment weather, we will cancel the tournament

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:   Refunds will be given through JPSchools.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  No refund will be given after the registration deadline.

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
