Concession will be available as well as pizza orders.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.
Please contact me if weather is a concern and please monitor the event status on Robot Events.com. Cancellations will be posted there
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:
- Teams will be refunded in the event of a cancellation due to weather or covid protocols.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- A coach/mentor may withdraw their registration at any time. No refund will be given if the withdraw is the week of the tournament.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Notebooks will be due one week before the event on 10/28.
