Welcome to Ohio County High School event for Over Under! We look forward for your teams competing. 

Concession will be available as well as pizza orders. 

No outside food or drinks allowed.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 

All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.

Please contact me if weather is a concern and please monitor the event status on Robot Events.com.  Cancellations will be posted there

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event: 

  • Teams will be refunded in the event of a cancellation due to weather or covid protocols. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

  • A coach/mentor may withdraw their registration at any time. No refund will be given if the withdraw is the week of the tournament. 

 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Notebooks will be due one week before the event on 10/28.
