Heritage Christian School invites you to compete in this VRC Over Under state championship qualifying event. It will be held in the HCS Elementary Gymnasium. There will be a concession stand and a pizza order form.

Please check your email for Bad Weather cancellation. Refunds will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be issued to all paid teams within 6 weeks following the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Requests for refunds for teams must be made more than 4 weeks prior to the event, they will be issued within 6 weeks following the event. Otherwise, no refunds for teams who choose not to attend will be provided.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
