The consolodated schedule should lead to an action packed season that doesn't conflict with holiday plans. Each team must take part in at least two of the three ranking meets to participate in the finals, where teams have a chance to qualify for CA State Championships.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If a coach registers and then chooses to withdraw their team(s), a partial refund can be provided prior to the end of registration (11/30/23).  The refund will be $100 less the share of any expenses already incurred by the event partners, such as the $5 RECF fee.  After 11/30/23, refunds cannot be provided, and we ask that teams maintain their participation in the league so we can provide the best possible competition environment for all registered teams.
