General Info
Barnesville Robotics and Shenandoah Robotics are excited to work together to offer this year end of season skills only challenge for teams who need a last minute chance to bring up there skills scores or for a last minute tune up before state championships! Teams will be recognized in the awards section at the end, but no physical awards will be handed out. This will allow you to arrive and leave the event at your leisure. We are going to try to run as an efficient event as possible. We will be setting up six fields and wil try to have enough work tables around each field so that there are up to 10 teams to a field. We will try to keep the field capacity as balanced as possible. Much of this will depend on when teams arrive and leave, but if we work together things should run smoothly. We will explain in more detail to teams as they arrive.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Coaches will be notified via email if inclement weather will lead to cancellation.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund for registration fees paid minus the $5 REC processing fee will be issued to each team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.
