Please join us for our annual Florin High School Vex robotics tournament on Saturday February 3rd!  

 

All events will receive state championship award bids based on the REC Foundation Qualifying Criteria. The awards slots will be allocated by RECF later in the season.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Bad weather should not affect this event.

In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. 

Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date, and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a payment 1 week prior to the event will be moved to the waitlist unless special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.

Registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable

If the event is cancelled, a full event registration (minus $5) refund will be given to all paid teams. 

No refunds if the event is not cancelled

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Notebooks are due Thursday February 1, by 4pm
