General Info

This event will be a SKILLS ONLY event. We are hoping it can serve as an opportunity for teams to boost their skills scores to better their chances at qualifying for state. The game will be Over/Under. We will be featuring at least 4 arenas. 

We hope to begin this event at around 4pm on Friday, but will have an open format. Teams can arrive, do their 6 runs, and leave. 

We will NOT be providing dinner, but will have a full concession stand available.

Agenda

We will plan to start aroun 4, but will have an open format for teams who cannot arrive until later. We will stay open until all teams have had their runs.

In case of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact coaches by email and/or phone.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Coaches will be given an opportunity to request a refund in the form of a payment or a credit to waive the fee for a future competition.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Coaches will not be given an opportunity to request a refund in the event that they choose to cancel after providing payment.
