General Info
Welcome to the third ever Queen's Robotics Cup!!! This will be the third time that Queen's University has hosted an event and we aim to make it the best event in Canada. We are looking to get 12+ teams from across North America to compete in both a tournament bracket and skills competition. Kingston will make for a great locaton for this event as it is right on Lake Ontario and has many actives to do downtown. Think you have got what it takes to face the cold and compete in the third ever QRC? We'll see you January 24th!!!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be notified with at least 24 hours notice to the start of the event if there will be any delays or cancelations to event start time. For normal weather conditions, including rain or snow, the event will run as planned. Potential severe weather conditions will be evaluated closer to event time.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Due to cost of running the event, if the event is cancelled due to severe weather or similar situation, a refund will only be offered to teams after all event expenses have been taken care of.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If payment has already been made, the team will only be issued a refund if they can find another team to take their place. Refunds are not possible after the registration deadline has passed.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
