Welcome to Egypt VEX U National Skills Only Event, High Stakes 2024 - 2025!

This event is open to the Egypt VEX URobotics Competition teams registered for the 2024 – 2025 season.

Skills Challenges will be available to all teams, with 3 Max Driver and 3 Max Programming attempts per team.

Competition Preparation

This event is sure to be a fast-paced and exciting event! All teams should come prepared for the competition. Here are a few steps that every team should take to ensure that they are ready:

Review the rules and run through the inspection checklist about a week before the competition, as there is ample time for adjustments. The inspection checklist can be found here:

Pack for the event the day before your departure. Here are a few items that you don't want to forget.

Prep for your interviews with the judges. Check the awards tab to see what awards will be given during the tournament.

Remember that safety comes first; please only bring tools that pose a safety risk to your team or others nearby, as the venue is a very tight fit.

Volunteer

Egypt VEX U National Skills Only Event - High Stakes Event, which will be held on February 27, 2025, at The Club Plus Gate 4 New Administrative Capital, is fully volunteer-run. Egypt is well-known for its strong volunteering culture; everyone is welcome to help make this a unique experience for all participants and attendees.

Experience is optional for many volunteering positions. Some positions can be split between two adults for a morning and afternoon shift. Depending on the role, you can volunteer for a whole day. Lunch will be provided for all-day volunteers.
