Official Q&A: VRC 2020-2021: Change Up

If a team at skills indicates they are doing a driver skills run, and if the only interaction with the team's controller is starting a program that runs the full 60 seconds of the driver skills run without any other interaction with the controller, is this a legal driver skills run? If this is not legal, what part or proportion of the driver skills run be fully programmed operation of the robot without any interaction with the controller?

Also please clarify whether this ruling applies to VEXU as well as VRC.
