824: Are different types of SMG pneumatic components legal?
We bought different models of SMG cylinders, but we are not sure whether these are all legal. As shown in the figure, the thin cylinder is the same model sold by VEX, and the thick cylinder is a different model.

The only permissible pneumatic devices are those with identical part numbers / models to those sold by VEX. A full list of these part numbers can be found on the VEX pneumatics webpage: https://www.vexrobotics.com/pneumatics.html
If the part being referenced is not one of these, then no, it is not legal.
