900: Clarification on "Cleared"
In Version 2.1, Page 10, of the Game Manual we find this definitions:
Cleared - An Alliance Mobile Goal state. An Alliance Mobile Goal is considered “Cleared” if, at the end of the Autonomous Period, it is not contacting its AWP Line or the Neutral Zone. See the Scoring Section for more details.
If a robot lifts the alliance mobile goal but the robot is touching the AWP, will it still be considered as cleared or will the transitive rule apply and to mobile goal be considered touching the line since the robot holding it is touching the line?https://drive.google.com/file/d/1koIiXEvVh9JzE9Z1aNTHZi1L5gvZ3dGM/view?usp=sharing
In general, rules which reference "contact" are not transitive, unless otherwise stated.
As long as the Mobile Goal is not touching the AWP Line, and inside the Alliance Home Zone, this would count as "Cleared".
