GG18 states "If a rule is Violated through the use of a Block instead of a Robot mechanism, it should be evaluated as though the rule in question had been Violated by a Robot mechanism. Examples include, but are not limited to: ... Using a Block to intentionally tip or Entangle an opponent Robot"

GG14 states "Some incidental tipping, Entanglement, and damage may occur as a part of normal gameplay without Violation."

GG15 states "In a case where a Head Referee is forced to make a judgment call regarding a destructive interaction between a defensive and offensive Robot, or an interaction which results in a questionable Violation, referees will decide in favor of the offensive Robot."

Scenario A: A blue robot is defending a goal by blocking one end to prevent red from descoring blue blocks. A red robot forcefully pushes or rams the blocks on the other end of the goal to descore them. This force is transferred through all of the blocks in the goal and into the blue robot on the other end, causing it to tip over.

Scenario B: Same as Scenario A, except instead of solely descoring, the red robot forcefully rams/pushes red blocks into the goal, tipping the blue robot. This makes red an offensive robot.

For both scenarios, is each a violation of GG18 or "Incidental tipping ... as a part of normal gameplay" as described in GG14?
