2817: <R20> Non-VEX components anti-slip matting and Latex Tubing

  1. https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/13230666960407-VEX-V5-Robotics-Competition-Robot-Inspection-Details-and-Edge-Cases Is it still valid?

  2. For non-official anti-slip mats, as long as they are black and no larger than 12" x 15" per piece, is it considered compliant?

  3. Must the latex tubing be purchased from VEX official? (Non-official rubber bands are acceptable as long as they are the same size. Does this also apply to latex tubing?)
