<R20>

Does a commercially purchased basketball net comprised of rope or string that is less than 1/4" diameter meet the requirements of part e of R20? Or would a team have to take 'raw' rope and tie their own netting web?

A commercially-produced basketball net is not a legal material for use on a V5RC Robot.

If a Team wants to include a net or other similar structure on their Robot (i.e., woven, crocheted, knotted, knitted, or otherwise connected rope or string) it must be created by Team members using rope/string no thicker than 1/4" without illegal materials (i.e., ropes/strings can't be taped or glued to other ropes/strings).
