For the new <sc6> update, bullet item 4, does it mean: Each robot must not be within the vertical projection of Park Zone AND Each robot must not be touching the Park Zone barrier? It is not clear as the word "or" is used instead of "nor".

To meet the requirements of #4, a Robot has to move away from its Park Zone. It must be entirely outside of its Park Zone, can't be breaking the plane of its Park Zone, and cannot be in contact with the barrier that defines the Park Zone.
