<GG4> Under rule GG4A, if a robot meets the requirements to be restarted and the student has requested permission from the referee, when is the robot permitted to be turned back on?
Specifically, may the robot be powered on during the transition period between Autonomous and Driver Control, or must the robot remain off until Driver Control has officially begun before it can be turned back on?

As described in clause A of <GG4>, Drive Team Members may interact with their Robot during the Driver Controlled Period of a Match for limited reasons if the Robot hasn't moved at all during that Match.
