동의서

각 팀은 등록 마감일 이전까지 코치, 학생, 학부모 등을 포함한 모든 참석자의 동의서를 제출해야 합니다.

기한 내에 동의서를 제출하지 않을 경우 해당 팀은 대기 명단으로 이동되며, 참가 등록비는 환불되지 않습니다. 동의서에는 안전, 법적 책임, 초상권 및 참가 자격 등에 관한 중요한 내용이 포함되어 있습니다.

학부모의 동의가 필수이므로 모든 동의서를 사전에 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 필수 동의서를 제출하지 않은 팀은 대회에 참가할 수 없습니다.

Consent Form

Teams must submit consent forms for all attendees, including but not limited to coaches, students, and parents, before the Registration Deadline. Failure to do so will result in the team being moved to the waitlist, and no refund of the registration fee will be provided. These forms cover important topics such as safety, liability, image rights, and eligibility. As parental consent is required, please ensure all forms are submitted in advance. Teams that do not submit the required forms will not be allowed to participate.

일부 대회에서는 단일 조직(Organization)에서 참가할 수 있는 팀 수를 제한할 수 있습니다. 이러한 제한은 대회의 참가 규모를 적절히 관리하고, 해당 지역의 여러 팀들에게 공정한 참가 기회를 제공하기 위한 것입니다. 팀 수 제한이 적용되는 경우, 해당 내용은 events.vex.com의 각 대회 페이지에 명시됩니다.

각 조직은 정확한 정보를 바탕으로 성실하게 팀을 등록해야 합니다. 대회 참가 팀 수 제한을 우회하기 위해 여러 개의 조직을 생성하거나, 부정확한 정보를 사용하거나, 팀 구조를 변경하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다.

Global Robotics는 언제든지 조직 또는 팀의 등록 정보를 검토할 수 있으며, 조직의 구조, 소재지, 소속 관계 또는 팀 운영 형태 등을 확인하기 위해 관련 증빙 자료 제출을 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청될 수 있는 자료의 예시는 다음과 같습니다.

• 학교 또는 기관 관련 서류
• 소속 관계를 증명할 수 있는 자료
• 시설 또는 소재지 관련 정보
• 프로그램 운영 관련 자료
• 기타 팀 또는 조직의 운영 구조를 확인하는 데 필요한 정보

조직이 요청받은 정보를 제공할 수 없거나 제공을 거부하는 경우, 또는 등록 정보가 의도적으로 부정확하게 작성된 것으로 확인되는 경우, Global Robotics는 시정 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

시정 조치에는 다음 사항이 포함될 수 있으며, 이에 한정되지 않습니다.

• 팀 분류 변경
• 조직 분류 변경
• 대회 등록 사항 조정
• 대회 등록 제한
• 대회 참가 취소
• 해당 시즌 참가 자격 상실

모든 결정은 팀 간의 공정성, 대회의 경쟁적 공정성(Competitive Integrity), 그리고 모든 팀에게 공평한 참가 기회를 보장하는 것을 목적으로 이루어집니다.

REMINDER: Event Participation Limits

Some events may limit the number of teams from a single organization. These limits help manage event capacity and provide fair access to teams across a region. Team limits, when they apply, are listed on the event's page on events.vex.com. Organizations are expected to register teams accurately and in good faith. Creating multiple organizations, using inaccurate information, or changing team structure to bypass event participation limits is not permitted. For more about registering for events, see the Preparing to Register for an Event article.

Global Robotics may review organization or team registration information at any time, and organizations may be asked to provide documentation to verify their structure, location, affiliation, or team operations. Examples of documentation may include:

• School or organization records
• Proof of affiliation
• Facility or location information
• Program documentation
• Other information needed to verify team structure

If an organization is unable or unwilling to provide requested information, or if registration information is found to be intentionally inaccurate, Global Robotics may take corrective action. Corrective action may include, but is not limited to:

• Team reclassification
• Organization reclassification
• Event registration adjustments
• Event registration restrictions
• Removal from an event
• Loss of eligibility for the season

All decisions are made with the goal of protecting fairness, competitive integrity, and equitable access for teams.
