General Info
This event is hosted by TUSD Robotics. More details will be sent in your registration email and closer to the day of the event.
On-site free wi-fi will be provided.
Lunch will not be provided. Teams will be able to grab covered picnic tables outside of the pit area for their teams.
We hope you enjoy our event and are looking forward to hosting Southern California VEX teams once again. Thank you for helping us provide an opportunity for students to compete this season.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Only in extreme circumstances will this event be canceled due to weather or Covid-19 safety precautions issued by the Tustin Unified School District. In this circumstance, refunds will be made available minus any potential costs charged by Events.VEX.com
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment for this event must be completed by 10/23 at 5:00PM. Your team(s) will be dropped without payment.
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be made available up to two weeks prior to the event (10/23/2026). Refunds will not be given if the coach/mentor chooses to withdraw within the two week window.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

For each event the team is registered for this season, the Event Partner and Judge Advisor will have access to the team's Digital Engineering Notebook link. Ensure the link is "open" and does not require a password or access rights.

The Digital Engineering Notebook must be accessible as a single link. That is, the entire notebook should be accessible by a single click on the single link provided. Multiple links for "volumes" of a single notebook are not acceptable.
