General Info
This event is an Invitational event and will be located at our elementary school. 2909 South Torrence Street, Marion IN 46953 It will be pretty relaxed, giving students time to learn from each other.
Concessions will be offered. Chips, candy, popcorn, water
Audience is permitted; we will have chairs pulled for families wanting to attend.
Please submit consent forms in advance to VEX Events.
These events will be from 4:30 until 7:00 and will include skills.
Skills will be offered during each event.

We understand that robots may be in a basic stage and driving practice may be limited at the first competition. That is to be expected. This is a time for students to learn from each other's robot designs and driving skills.
More specific information will be added as we get closer to our first competition date

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will reschedule the event for the following week.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: If the Event Partner cancels the ALL Leagues sessions: Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: if it is cancelled prior to 2 weeks before the FIRST league session. ( However, no refunds will be considered when we reach 2 weeks prior to the event. All refund requests must be submitted prior to two weeks before the event occurs.
There are NO REFUNDS for individually missed sessions. (example you come to 3 out of the 4 league sessions there is no refund for the one missed league session)
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is November 03, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
