Payment Information and Payment Link
Payments need to be made using our school cash online website from the Niagara Catholic District School Board (link below). Teams are not considered registered until payment is made. Until payment is made, teams will be treated as if they are on a waitlist and will eventually be moved on to the waitlist.
If a team needs to cancel their registration, refunds will be given if the request is given BEFORE December 18, 2026. On December 18, 2026 or after, no refund will be issued.

Food
Purchasing of snacks and drinks will be available on the day of the event. Cash only.
Outside food is accepted.
Fountains and waterbottle refill stations are on the premises.
Other Information
On the day of the event, each team will have access to a single plug on an electrical outlet. Please bring your own power bar to plug in multiple electronics.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will run in all weather including extreme weather. If you can not make the event due to weather, no refund will be given.
If this event is cancelled, refunds will be given in this circumstance.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Payments will be refunded
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be given up to and including Dec. 17, 2026.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
