General Info
Milford Robotics Club is proud to host the 1st annual VEX V5 Robotics Competition League for high school and middle school teams located near Milford, OH.
The league sessions will be held at Milford Middle School in our robotics classroom and will feature 1 competition field and 1 skills/practice field. Skills will run concurrently during each session.
The season will consist of 16 teams competing in four Qualification sessions on the following Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. Each team will be assigned a qualification session to sit out to manage the number of teams competing on a qualification night. The Final session will start earlier (5:00 pm) to accommodate all of the teams.
Qualification Session 1: November 4, 2026, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Qualification Session 2: December 2, 2026, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Qualification Session 3: January 6, 2027, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Finals Session 4: February 3, 2027, from 5:00 – 9:00 pm
Electronic Notebooks should be submitted by January 6 and Interviews will be conducted in person on February 3.
Due to space limitations, there will be limited room for spectators. Please try to limit attendance to team members, coaches, and any necessary adult chaperones.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email, phone or text, as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a full refund of all registration fees paid will be issued. Refunds will be made to the school or organization associated with the team’s registration, regardless of the original payment method, and will follow the Event Partner’s standard refund process.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is January 6, 2027.
