Volunteers are always welcome!! Especially Judges and at the Inspection Tables.
Please turn in all notebooks online.
If inclement weather occurs, we will cancel by 3:00 on Friday afternoon.
Refunds will only be given if the Event Manager cancels.
Concessions will be available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If inclement weather occurs, events will be called by 3:00 pm on Friday, Feb. 12.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All pre-paid teams will be issued a refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No Refund
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
