Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of cancellation we will first try to reschedule the event. Otherwise, will fully refund teams minus $20.00 for costs associated with the event operation.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will fully refund fees.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Fully refunded if withdrawn prior to Dec 1, 2026.
After only half refund.

Health and Safety Policies

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.

A submission deadline is 5:00 pm January 18, 2027.

Travel Info

South Medford High School is located approximately 3 miles from I-5. Travel time from Eugene to Medford is around 2.5 hours. Due to the distance, we will be flexible on your arrival and try to accomdate travel challenges.
