2467: Legal and Approved ways to clean robot parts
I was curious what is the legal and appropriate way to clean robot parts? As stated in <R5> with prohibited items, "Grease, oil, graphite and/or any other lubricant or plastic additive" are not allowed. However, what would be considered allowable?
The following link was posted during COVID, are these products still considered legal?
As a head referee, I do not want to get into a situation where I do not know the actual approved items to inform a team on how they may clean their robot if it becomes dirty.

Our response to Q&A 2463: "Cleaning Bot" addresses situations in which a Robot component is dirty and needs to be cleaned.
The VEX Library article linked in your question provides ways to disinfect VEX IQ parts in cases where they've been exposed to germs or other contaminants. The methods described in the Library article may be used on competition Robots if necessary, but the Robot must be dry and free of residue when it arrives at a Field for a Match.
