2494: Is rubber band 117B legal?
R7 says #117b and #170 rubber bands to be legal, although they are not sold on vex store. can you please confirm both of these are legal and can be purchased outside of vex store?

Yes. As clearly stated in rule <R7>, it is legal to use non-VEX rubber bands "that are identical in length and thickness to those included in the VEX IQ product line (#32, #64, #117B & #170)."
