In <SG1>.d, robot need to contacting with structure of the Triangle Goal. And Game-Specific Definitions say "Each Triangle Goal has a color, red or blue, determined by its VEX IQ pieces, PVC pipe, and PET sheet". So does the VEX IQ pieces which set on the Field Perimeter seen as a part of structure of the Triangle Goal, and does this picture legal for starting. [Example Image]

Yes, the VEX IQ pieces that support the PVC pipe are part of the structure of the Triangle Goal. Your example meets the requirements of <SG1> clauses C and D.
