2857: Anti-Slip Mat
The students on my VURC team would like to use Anti-Slip Mat, like the material linked below.

Would it be considered as "Raw stock" or is it an "Off the shelf part with minimal modification." The way I read the rules, it could be interpreted either way. We are seeking clarification to avoid any issues at competition.

Non-VEX anti-slip mat is not legal for use on VURC Robots.
