General Info
UCF Knightmare Robotics and Apopka HS Robotics are coming together to host our 2nd annual VURC event @ Apopka High School.
This event will take place in the Robotics Lab, located on the 3rd Floor, Room 649. Pits will be outside the lab in the hallway. Parking can be in front of the Office or in front of the Auditorium. We are planning to run 2 elevated Competition Field on RoboSource risers for a qualification and elimination field and full day Skills Field.
Payments not made before December 8th risk moving to the waitlist.

We are thankful that V5RC competitors and Apopka High School students are willing to help us as volunteers for this event.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of bad weather, we will follow up and replan the event accordingly.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will be refunded minus a $5.00 fee that REC receives for the processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
The team will not be refunded.
Payment deadline is December 8th, 2025:
Teams that have not paid by this date risk being moved to the waitlist

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
Deadline for Submitting Engineering Notebooks: December 12th at 11:59 pm EST
