No rain date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund minus the administrative fee will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: A full refund will be offered up to two weeks before the event. No refund will be issued after November 7th, 2025.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
Notebooks are due November 19 at 11:59pm.
