Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be granted.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: A full refund will be offered up to three weeks before the event.
Judging Format
- All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
- Digital Engineering Notebooks are due by January 8th at 12pm.
- Remote Interviews will be conducted January 8th to January 13th.
