This is the first annual Roomie's Robo Rampage: Collegiate Chaos. We are excited to host the regions VEXU teams on Southeastern Louisiana University's campus and hope that you all enjoy this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will follow the Southeastern Louisiana University's policy regarding closures of the facilities due to emergencies and/or hazardous weather. If a hazardous weather event or emergency happens during the competition, all of Southeastern's policies will be followed.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event a refund of the registration fees will occur.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend no refund will be issued.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
