Welcome to the VEX U Override Scrimmage!
The VEX U Override Scrimmage is hosted by Sinarmas World Academy and ProVisi Mandiri Pratama in South Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. As an early-season competition opportunity, this scrimmage provides university-level teams with a platform to experience live gameplay, test their robot designs, and prepare for upcoming official VEX U competitions.
Through practice sessions and Skills Challenges, teams will have the opportunity to evaluate robot performance, refine autonomous programming, improve driver skills, and explore effective competition strategies. The event also encourages technical collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing among university teams while strengthening connections within Indonesia's growing VEX Robotics community.
This scrimmage serves as a valuable opportunity for teams to identify areas for improvement, gain practical competition experience, and prepare for the challenges of the 2026–2027 VEX U competition season.

Registration
Registration Fee: $50.00 per team. Invoices will be issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), inclusive of applicable taxes, and sent via email to the Team/School PIC by ProVisi.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The safety of all participants, volunteers, and staff is our top priority. In the event of an emergency or severe weather conditions, the following policies will be in effect.
Cancellation & Postponement
- If local authorities issue a severe weather warning or conditions pose a safety risk, the event may be canceled or postponed.
- In the event of an emergency (e.g., power outage, natural disaster), the event may similarly be canceled or postponed.
- If postponed, we will make every effort to reschedule as soon as possible. All participants will be notified promptly via email and official communication channels.
Safety Protocols
- An emergency evacuation plan is in place. In the event of an evacuation, all participants will be guided to a designated safe location by event staff.
- First aid kits will be available on-site. In the event of a medical emergency, please notify a staff member immediately.

Event Cancellation by Organiser
In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, registration fees are non-refundable. We will make every effort to communicate cancellations as early as possible through email and official channels.
Withdrawal by Coach/Mentor/Team
Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of voluntary withdrawal or non-attendance, regardless of the reason.
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
