General Info
Queen's Robotics Cup is running for the fourth year at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Kingston is on Lake Ontario and less than an hour's drive from New York State. We are hoping to fill up this event with VEXU teams from all over! Sign up to compete in Queen's Robotics Cup on January 30th, 2027!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event is hosted indoors, so it will be able to run in normal winter weather. If the weather is too dangerous, we will announce the cancellation and refund teams, though this is highly unlikely.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Registration will not be refunded
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
