Refund Policy:
Refunds are granted in extreme cases only.
Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis usually within 2 weeks of the events completion.
Pit Area considerations
It is critical that all teams respect the Pit area and keep it clean.
PLEASE throw ALL trash away in the receptacles provided.
If the condition of the pit area deteriorates we may be forced to restrict all food and beverage from that location. We will monitor the condition closely and request your cooperation in this effort.
