9:00 am Set-up
9:15 – 9:45 am Check-in & Inspection
9:45 – 10:00 am Drivers meeting
10:00 – noon Skill and teamwork challenges
• First round of skill challenges (programming or robot, team’s choice)
• First third of the teamwork challenges
• Second round of skill challenges (programming or robot, team’s choice)
• Middle third of the teamwork challenges
• Third round of skill challenges (programming or robot, team’s choice)
• Final third of the teamwork challenges
• Fourth round of skill challenges (programming or robot, team’s choice)
Noon – 1:00 pm Lunch
1:00 – 2:00 pm Finish skill and teamwork challenges
2:00 – 2:30 pm Teamwork challenge finals matches (up to eight alliances)
2:30 – 2:45 pm Awards
2:45 pm Clean-up

NOTE:
• Schedule—it is difficult to determine the amount of time each portion of the event will take, as a result, we will follow the order of events and hope our time estimates are close.
• Skill challenges—each team will be allowed four attempts at skill challenges. Teams will decide how they use their allotted attempts between the two skill challenges, for example, two programming and two robot, three programming and one robot, or all four robot. Keep in mind, the Excellence Award is based on team rankings in both programming and robot skill challenges. A skill challenge attempt must be used during each of the scheduled rounds of skill challenges or a team forfeits that attempt. Based on team numbers, teams will compete in numerical order in skill challenge rounds one and three, and in reverse numerical order in rounds two and four. Teams must be ready when called to compete or lose that attempt.
