Volunteer

We are in need of volunteers (but the total amount is unknown at this time). Registration is free for any team that provides 2 volunteers to help run our event. Please contact Sabrina Luta at [email protected] to volunteer.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather that causes our event to be cancelled, (1) WSCA will contact participants to let them know, (2) the team registration fees will be refunded, and (3) the event will not be rescheduled.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event that your team needs to pull out of our competition, the team registrations fees will be refunded only if you contact us 3 weeks in advance. After we receive the check from the REC Foundation, approximately 1 month after our event, your refund will be sent.

Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
